TABLE, FOOD PREPARATION, WITH SINK
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this commercial item description.
1. CLASSIFICATION
1.1 Classification. This commercial item description covers two types of tables as follows (see 5.2):
Type 1 – Right hand sink
Type 2 – Left hand sink
1.2 Part identification number (PIN). The part identification number shall consist of the commercial item description number and the type number as follows:
A-A-52062 – 1
A-A-52062 = Type
1 = CID Number
2. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS
2.1 Design and construction.
2.1.1 Table. The table shall be 72 inches long ~ 1 inch, 30 inches wide ~ 1/2 inch, and 35 inches high ~ 1 inch when bullet feet are in fully retracted position. The undershelf shall be located 9 to 13 inches from the floor and fabricated of 300 series stainless steel; the thickness shall be 16 gauge (minimum) with 1-1/2 inch (minimum) turned down edges.
