TABLES, FOOD PREPARATION, COMMISSARY STORES
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this Commercial Item Description in preference to all sizes contained in MIL-T-43630 for all federal agencies.
1. SCOPE
1.1 Scope. This commercial item description covers food preparation tables of for use in commissary stores in the following types and sizes (see 5.2).
Type I- Plastic top, stainless steel undershelf, 48 inches long by 24 inches wide by 36 inches high.
Type II- Stainless steel top, with 2 removable cutting boards and undershelf, 72 inches long by 36 inches wide by 36 inches high.
Style 1- Square edge
Style 2- With backsplash and tapered ends
Style 3- With upper shelf
Style 4- With upper wire rack for meat trays
