The covers shall be fabricated from one piece of stainless steel having a minimum thickness of 0.0375 inch. The covers shall fit and slide properly without falling off the bins. When closed, the covers shall completely enclose the bin openings. The front top portion of the bins shall have a plate where a product identification card or label can be inserted. The bottom of the bins shall be reinforced for caster mounting. When bolts, nuts, or other fasteners are used they shall be drawn up tightly.
2.2 Sanitation. The complete bins, including covers and casters, shall comply with the requirements of NSF International Standard No. 2.
2.3 Dimensions. The bins, with covers, shall not exceed the following dimensions:

2.4 Capacities. The bins shall have a minimum holding capacities equivalent to any of the following:

2.5 Casters. The bins shall have four casters attached to the body. Casters shall be 4 inches in diameter with a minimum load rating of 100 pounds each. The tread shall be polyurethane, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, or a combination thereof.
2.6 Bumper. A perimeter bumper shall be firmly attached and sealed to the bin bodies at a height not to exceed 12 inches. The bumper shall be fabricated from rubber or rubberlike material and protrude 1 inch maximum beyond the bin bodies.
2.7 Data name plate. The bins shall be furnished with a data name plate in accordance with the applicable requirements of MIL-STD-130 except the requirements for; (a) Methods of applying, (b) Identification tags, (c) Information not required, and (d) Optional marking information shall not apply. The data plate shall be made of minimum 20 gauge corrosion-resisting metal and attached to the (item) by rivets, screws or welding in such a manner as to meet the applicable National Sanitation Foundation sanitary requirements for this equipment. The plate shall contain the following information which shall be stamped, engraved or applied by photosensitive means:
