4.3.1 Export packaging. Each rack shall be cleaned, preserved, and cushioned to protect against corrosion, deterioration and physical damage during shipment and storage. If casters are removed, the casters shall be packaged in a fiberboard box conforming to type CF or SF, class domestic, style optional of PPP-B-636.
4.3.2 Export packing. Each rack with its packaged parts, shall be packed flat on its side in a crate conforming to type IV, style A of MIL-C-52950. The contents shall be anchored and each crate shall be closed and strapped in accordance with MIL-C-52950.
4.4 Labeling (commercial and export). Commercial labeling shall be acceptable.
4.5 Marking (commercial marking). Marking of shipping containers and unit loads shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-129, or ASTM 3951, as applicable.
5. NOTES
5.1 Intended use. The tray racks shall are intended for transporting and storing of compartmented mess trays in military dining facilities.

c. Government approved manual number to be included on data name plate (see 2.4).
