2.3.2 Type II – Cup, tumbler; and bowl dispenser, unheated. The type II dispenser shall be designed to dispense cups, tumblers, or bowls, from racks. The dispenser shall have a minimum capacity of six loaded racks, with the top rack at approximately the normal dispensing height. The dispensing mechanism shall be calibrated to dispense racks that are 5 inches high and weigh 17 pounds loaded. When specified, type II dispensers shall be equipped with silverware holders firmly assembled to the units (see 5.2). The holders shall have a minimum of eight removable cylindrical silverware containers. The holders when mounted on the dispenser, shall not increase the height of the unit by more than 12 inches and shall not protrude beyond the width or depth of the unit.
2.3.3 Type III –Tray dispenser, unheated. The type III dispenser shall be designed to dispense trays. The dispensing mechanism shall be calibrated to dispense the number and type of trays specified below:
